Newlands Cleaning Company are a professional cleaning service for your Home, Vehicle or Workplace.

 

We require a safe place to carry out our work for insurance purposes, as well as the safety of our staff and the public. 

 

 

MOBILE VALETING *

 

Newlands Cleaning Company will NOT commence work on any vehicle that is on a busy road where our safety is a risk or on narrow or tight streets where parking is limited. We also cannot work in pay and display car parks.

If your home address or the location you wish for the work to be carried out has any of the above issues, please contact us first. With years of experience and adaptation to circumstances, a solution is never too far away.

 

When booking your valet please consider If your interior is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mould, vomit, or blood, or similar, if so then additional charges WILL apply. We advise if you have any of the above, send a few select pictures before booking so that we can provide a fair estimate. If not, the price will be negotiated on the day before any work commences.

 

We need an empty car to provide the best possible service, this means removing all personal items from the door pockets, centre console, and boot. Due to insurance purposes, we can not remove or install car seats although we are happy to clean them if you leave them in the boot.

 

MONTHLY MAINTENANCE * (MM)

 

With Monthly Maintenance we provide a consistently Fresh feeling to your vehicle on a 2 to 4 week basis.

 

Please note:

• Vehicles have to be booked within 4 weeks of “The Works” to qualify for MM. 

• Heavily soiled vehicles should expect additional charges.

• MM is for vehicles that have had “The Works” package or are Brand New.

 

 

EXTERIOR CLEANING *

 

To provide our safe and efficient exterior cleaning services, we ask that you make sure the area of work is clear from any items such as garden objects, bins, benches, or plant pots.

 

On quotation a thorough inspection of the property will be carried out, any broken objects/ property on or near the area we are working will be noted for reference.

 

 

BOOKING  CONDITIONS *

 

All new bookings are deposit-based, and bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been paid. Deposits are paid directly to Newlands Valeting LTD. via bank transfer. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposit amounts differ due to location, package, and/or work needed.

Within 48 hours of booking, Newlands Cleaning Company will gladly alter your booking to another nominated person, providing the address or location meets all other terms and conditions.

 

Newlands Cleaning Company can not control acts of traffic, acts of God or acts of others. If Newlands Cleaning Company has to cancel or rearrange your booking due to an unfortunate incident, it will be within 14 days of the original booking. If not, a full refund of the deposit will be honoured.

​We reserve the right to take photos/ videos of our work for advertisement purposes, however - we will NEVER share your Car Registration, Address, or Work Location on any of our platforms. 

 

If you’d like us to not share your vehicle or Property then just ask, we are more than happy to accommodate your request.

 

Upon every booking, you are expected to read these terms and conditions, and by booking you agree to our terms of business. 

 

Any bookings that are made but then affected by any of the above may result in full booking charges being payable and an invoice will be sent. 

Failure to pay will result in legal action being taken. A missed booking is a missed wage, we will not fall victim to a loss in time or pay under any circumstances so please be considerate when booking.
